Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and basic shell commands
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc.); SIP/VoIP is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in any shifts (if required) and under minimal supervision
