Seeking a candidate with 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Job description
Lead Management: Identifying and qualifying potential clients from a technical perspective, including data and customer analysis.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Business Development Team, Technical Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Requirements Gathering: Conducting meetings with prospects and customers to collect business needs and creating documentation like Statements/Scope of Work (SOW), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
Visualization: Developing workflows, flowcharts, use case diagrams or other visual aids to clarify requirements.
Estimation and Planning: Preparing Work Breakdown Structures and providing estimates for project requirements.
Sales Involvement: Participating in pre-sales activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Post-Sales Collaboration: Working with the UI/UX team, Project Manager Technical Leads and Developers in post-sales phases.
Agile Practices: Creating user stories aligned with sprint plans, providing demos after sprints or releases and actively participating in daily stand-up and client meetings.
Product Research: Conducting product research and creating comparison matrices.
Market Analysis: Performing market research to understand technology trends, common requirements and features in VoIP, AI/ML and non-VoIP tech stacks.
Demo Preparation: Developing call scripts, workflows, and product/solution demos.
Communication: Presenting information in a clear and compelling manner as a storyteller and visualizer.
Value Proposition: Crafting Unique Selling Propositions for both VoIP and non-VoIP product lines.
Deal Management: Managing deal qualification, follow-ups with the sales/tech team, and managing proposals or scopes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
VoIP Expertise: Mandatory experience with VoIP, including SIP Protocol, IP-PBX and Dial Center. SBC and Class 4 / 5 VoIP Switch are good to have experience.
Softphone Experience: Must have working experience with Softphone applications (mobile and desktop clients).
Presentation Skills: Excellent in-person and virtual presentation abilities.
Communication: Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business requirements.
